Contact the Arkansas Public Service Commission
The Arkansas Public Service Commission (APSC) has regulatory authority over the sections of this project that are located in Arkansas. It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you tell the APSC that you oppose SWEPCO’s Shipe Road – Kings River Project.
Contact the Missouri Public Service Commission
The Missouri Public Service Commission (MoPSC) has authority over the sections of SWEPCO’s 345 kV transmission line that cross Missouri land.
Although SWEPCO has not yet applied for Missouri approval, it is important to tell the MoPSC that you oppose SWEPCO’s project.
